The following results are for skin diseases commonly found on the palm of the hand in children. Since the palm of the hand is the side of the hand used to grasp objects and it is so often used in everyday activity, it is particularly susceptible to skin rashes. Dermatitis and psoriasis are both common conditions found in this area and both appear as a dry, itchy, red rash.
