Child, Female, Toe Webspace (Edit search)

The following results display skin concerns located in the toe webspace of children. The toe webspace includes the small areas of skin between the toes. Because the areas are skin folds, the toe webspace may be subject to rashes caused by fungus such as athlete's foot (ringworm, tinea pedis) or mites (scabies). A chronic thickening of the skin common in skin folds such as the toe webspace is known as erythrasma. The toe webspace can be itchy and red from a chemical irritant such as soap or lotion, causing contact dermatitis. The images below link to more information about who is at risk, what these conditions look like, and when to seek medical care for your child.
