Child, Male, Top of Foot (Edit search)
The top of the foot, as seen in the pictures below, can have a variety of different skin conditions in children. This area is a common area for sunburn, since many children, and adults alike, forget to apply sunscreen here. Cellulitis has a red, tender, swollen area on the skin caused by a bacterial infection and can be located on the top of the foot. Fungal rash such as ringworm on the foot called athlete's foot (tinea pedis) can be all over the foot, including the skin on the top.
